Practice Description

Our practice was established on the Peninsula in 1942 by Dr. H. Seltzer. His grandson, Dr. Howard Roesen grew up in the Newport News area and since 1992 has provided complete care of the foot and ankle. Dr. Arthur Wolfson joined the practice in 1987 and hails from Detroit, Michigan. Both Dr. Roesen and Dr. Wolfson are board certified in foot surgery by the American Board Of Podiatric Surgery. They are both members of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Fellows of American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. While treating virtually every type of foot and ankle problem from infants to geriatric patients, their goal is the same- providing quality footcare for a lifetime.

Education Dr. Roesen attended the University of Virginia for his undergraduate studies and the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Kern Hosptial in Warren, Michigan. Dr. Wolfson attended the Chicago school of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Kern Hospital in Warren, Michigan.
